Finding the ten second miracle was one of the things I was very interested in. However, my employer doesn’t appear interested in any of the integrations that I come up with. This is getting very discouraging. I do feel like they want to keep me as a lower level person. In all honesty,I don’t like it. I like to think of myself as a smart eco type. I look at the companies lack of raises for its employees as the largest issue. the owner consistently purchases property then adds more stores and no benefits for us employees. I have done the research on doing little things like adding solar panels or wind generators to some of the stores. they would be more beneficial to the smaller ones rather than the larger. There is even a substantial tax credit to with them! Who wouldn’t want that? I feel like a dog that is chasing her tail. Any suggestions would be great.
