Think Numbers
I was working on the task given to us by Mr. Hamilton during the level 2 meeting. I was thinking numbers at work…(I work in a clinic)
All of the sudden I saw a room full of obsolete files…..Medical files…that we do not use anymore. Paper files….. Now we are using EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
That room is my office, ok! So I am there every day…it is my place at work.
So… I saw that incredibly big room full of waste plus my desk and my assistant’s desk.
At that moment I thought; “Pharmacy”!
This room is in a perfect location to become a Pharmacy! The clinic does not have one. If they can convert that room into a pharmacy they will be able to compete with Medical Associates, which is the main competition.
Is this what you were talking about to us during the level 2 meeting? If so…..
